Lloyds TSB
I am working as an offshore development and support manager responsible for delivering projects of all sizes. Criticality of the projects are high as there is an integration taking place to merge two banks together.
I was on-site initially and was instrumental in setting up the team at offshore. I also acted as a transition manager and was responsible for making sure transition between on-site and offshore was smooth without any impact to the customer.
